We did not know where to begin when searching for a celebrant. When we finally stumbled upon this website and read the testimonials from other’s about Tara, we thought we were heading in the right direction! Living in the US, we scheduled a meet and greet with Tara, SO far in advance – I think we reached out in October for a meeting in January and she was SO accommodating. We were visiting for just a short weekend to run around and do all of our wedding task stuff. Tara communicated superbly via Whatsapp and worked with OUR schedule, even driving out to our venue since we were going to be spending the majority of the day in that area. We had tea, chatted about our story, our personalities, what brought us together so on and so forth. Tara must’ve taken superb notes because when she translated them into our wedding ceremony it was so fluid, it was as though she was there for our entire journey! Again, being American she was incredibly knowledgeable about the paperwork we needed, when to get it, how to go about it, who to contact and when, so on and so forth. Such a weight off our shoulders! When we had a few edits to make to our ceremony script, she turned them around in NO time! On the day of, she kept me company, chatted about how things were going to go, keeping me apprised of how everything was looking and she offered the same service to the groom. Ensuring he knew the layout, the structure, how things would go about so on and so forth.
Tara was extremely well spoken, eloquent with her word, kind, thoughtful, and a joy to work with. We felt so comfortable with her. Thank you for everything Tara!
