A testimonial about Vincent Whelan

Thank you, Vincent Whelan, for creating a beautiful ceremony for myself and my husband David. It was just perfect exactly what we wanted, so personal and I loved how we could include our daughter Taylor who is three in the sand ceremony. We would highly recommend Vincent Whelan, thank you for making our ceremony so special and memorable.
