From our first contact with Carol she was so nice, friendly and warm, she put us at ease very quickly. She is very professional and is truly amazing at her job. She guided us through the whole process from our first call to our initial in person meeting to the actual day, she was a pleasure to deal with and her communication was great. She reassured us throughout the whole process and we felt like we were safe in her capable hands.

On the day she made our day truly magical, she truly did tailor our ceremony to us as a couple. She made it so personal and intimate for us. There was so much laughter, joy, and emotion; even a few tears were shed. We can’t quite put into words the atmosphere she created for us, but during the ceremony, it honestly felt like it was just the two of us and Carol — everything and everyone else seemed to fade away. She put us at ease before and throughout the entire ceremony. The ceremony was so personal, warm and loving it really did reflect and portray our story perfectly. Our family and friends commented on how moving, romantic and unique it had been.
