We didn’t get an opportunity to speak to you properly after the ceremony and wanted to reach out and say how grateful we are for your help on Saturday.

When we began planning our wedding the ceremony was the element we were most nervous about – we dreaded the idea of everyone watching us and had never been at a spiritualist celebration ourselves. We almost decided to skip the ceremony bit entirely and do a straightforward civil signing, but as people were making such efforts to be there we thought we should do it for their sakes more than our own.

We can’t stop talking about how surprised and delighted we were that we genuinely loved the process of the ceremony, and that is in large part down to yourself. For the rest of the day our guests were talking about what a great job you did in setting the tone, and you guided us through the process with such great kindness and sensitivity. It set the tone for what followed, which was one of the best days of our shared life!
