Tara was initially recommended to

Tara was initially recommended to us by relatives who had attended a wonderful wedding in Mayo that she had officiated. After spending a couple of hours reading reviews on this site, I felt pretty sure that I had found us our perfect celebrant. My fiancé and I live in Canada, so our first meeting with Tara was by Zoom. She was immediately warm, kind-hearted and funny. She offered great advice about managing my social anxiety before and during the ceremony; and sympathetically suggested extremely short vows, which helped me to relax (and to finally sleep at night!) and enjoy the remaining months before our big day.
We aren’t the kind of people to pour our hearts out and wanted a lighthearted and fun ceremony with both conventional and non-conventional elements. Tara fully embraced that, helping us to find the perfect mix and to construct an intimate ceremony that we were both proud of and excited for. She got to know us as a couple in a short amount of time and tailored the ceremony to us, perfectly combining our playfulness with a classy and authentic feel. She also wrote a very beautiful opening to the ceremony, eloquently relaying what Michael and I had told her about what we most loved in each other. She truly captured the essence of our relationship and our feelings. We loved it, all 25 of our guests loved it, Irish and Canadian alike, and we would highly recommend Tara to anyone looking for a very approachable, professional and vibrant-natured celebrant in the west of Ireland.
Tara Carroll, you will hold a special place in our hearts for the rest of our lives. – exquisitely happy newlyweds, Veronica & Michael
(extra side note : Tara showed up to Belleek Castle wearing the cutest pant suit I’ve ever seen! Consummate, fun loving professional!)
