A testimonial about Marie Barden

Marie was our Celebrant for our Destination Wedding at Midlands Park Hotel. My now husband and I are from Canada, and were very nervous about choosing a celebrant for our wedding without an inperson meeting. Once we met Marie via zoom, we knew she would be perfect. Throughout the entire process of getting ready for our big day Marie was amazing at communicating with us on what we needed to do and ensuring we felt ready and confident for the big day. Before our travel to Ireland Marie did one last run through with us and made sure the ceremony was tailored to us. When we finally met Marie in person prior to our ceremony, it was confirmed that we made the right choice in choosing her to be our celebrant. The ceremony was perfect, Marie emgaged with our guest, and went with the flow when our 1.5yr old wanted to have a quick chat and run between guest. Both my husband and myself, as well our guest, were beyond empressed with the entire ceremony. Marie made everyone feel comfortable and somehow made it a fun, and funny experience that took the pressure off of us. We had multiple guest come up to us after the ceremony telling us how impressed they were and that it was the best ceremony ever because of Marie and how well she did. By including our daughter in the sand ceremony and hand tying ceremony, this truly was a perfect day. We thank Marie for absolutely everything and will forever cherish her being apart of our day.
