Barberstown castle is nestled within 20 acres of surrounding land and is just twenty five minutes drive from Dublin City and airport, just outside the village of Straffan in the county of Kildare.

Bellingham Castle

Bellingham Castle in County Louth is just off exit 15 on the M1 near the village of Tallanstown and Castlebellingham. This stunning venue equally marries the aesthetic of old and new in a seamless way.

Castle Oliver

Huntington Castle

Set in the town of Clonegal, county Carlow this castle has a history few can rival. Huntington is notable for many reasons and worth a visit to understand its colourful past. The descents of the the original family still live in the castle which is also open for guided tours.
Huntington is home to the temple of the goddess which is found in the basement of Huntington and is a religion created by Olivia Robertson and her brother Lawrence (Derry) to promote the divine feminine and boasts a membership encompassing thousands. Johnstown Castle
(County Wexford)
Johnstown castle in county Wexford is located just 10 minutes drive from Wexford town. Originally occupied by the Esmonde family circa 1170 before being confiscated during the Cromwellian period. Johnstown estate is famed for its ornamental gardens designed by Daniel Robertson who also designed the famous Powerscourt Estate in Enniskerry.
The castle itself is no longer open to the public so no more weddings occur on site however wedding Photographs can be taken onsite when pre-booked in advance for a nominal fee. The castle and estate are now owned by an Teagasc the department of agriculture.

Luttrellstown Castle

A privately owned historic castle and walled garden Luttrellstown castle is located near the village of Castleknock in Dublin and easily accessible from Dublin airport and surrounding areas. As this is such a high end venue discretion is something they pride themselves on. The Luttrell’s originally owned the castle and its estate for over 300 years and is the reason it has maintained their name.
As the family line died out the castle was purchased by a wealthy business man circa 1829. There is a long history associated with the castle along with notable dignitaries, celebrities and famous Irish families and as such it is a stunningly beautiful venue for a wedding ceremony both in the castle itself and equally in the fabulous gardens, in fact it enjoyed brief notoriety as the location for the wedding ceremony of Victoria and David Beckham.

Malahide Castle

Situated just 13km from Dublin city centre on over 260 acres it has played an integral role in Ireland’s history. Dating back to the 12th century the castle stayed in the Talbot family for over 800 years before being eventually purchased by the state in 1975. The ornamental gardens which lie adjacent to the castle occupy 22 acres of the land and are an ideal focal point for capturing wedding photography as is the walled garden.

Markree Castle
(County Sligo Ireland)
Set deep in the landscape of Clooneenroe, Collooney in Sligo Markree Castle is an imposing site set within the Sligo countryside. The castle a historic monument to a bygone era was built circa 14th century and was given to the Cooper family following services in the Cromwellian rebellion and remained in the Cooper family for generations.
The castle fell into disrepair but was purchased by the Corscadden family who own Ballyseede, Bellingham and Cabra Castle and who truly understand tasteful restoration. It reopened in March 2017 and it didn’t disappoint. Sumptuous decor, imposing architecture and ornamental gardens along with its very own oak panelled chapel built inside the castle sets it apart from others, a truly enchanting venue.
